Description of Casa Rural La Zoya
Our rural house is one of the houses that make up the complex Molino del Río Alájar. Its name is due to its location, since it is located in the Alájar municipality, and on the banks of the river of the same name. We are in the province of Huelva.
Located on a high point, this accommodation has the best views of the entire complex, being able to see from the riverbed to the vegetation that surrounds all our houses.
It has a total of 4 places for our visitors. The double room is with sloping ceilings and has a crib available if the visitor wishes. We have another double room, ideal for children, with separate beds and decorated with animated sheets. All this makes our accommodation an ideal place for the enjoyment of the whole family.
The interior has brown stoneware floors in combination with the wooden utensils. It has a fully equipped kitchen where we can prepare everything we want. Among the electrical appliances that there are, a gas stove or an electric boiler stands out.
We have a cozy living room furnished with comfortable sofas where we can relax while watching the fire of the fireplace of wood. Behind the sofas is the dining table, where you can all sit at the same time.
Outside we can enjoy your patio equipped with garden furniture and enjoy a barbecue in the barbecue. For when the heat tightens we can enjoy the large pool pool of the complex.

Dutch of origin, Peter and Mónica have spent more than 20 years enjoying and living in the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche where, every day they continue to give charm to their Mill, a set of 6 rural stone houses.
Great travelers, they are good connoisseurs of the region, its people, its culture, its trails, gastronomy and customs and they will be happy to share their knowledge with their guests.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
This accommodation is the real proof that there is paradise on earth.
In the middle of a natural park considered a Biosphere Reserve, surrounded by holm oaks, cork oaks and chestnut trees, among goats, deer and eagles we find a great natural beauty: the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park.
And here are, located in the middle of nature and just 1.5km from the magnificent town of Alájar, the six stone houses that make up our complex; an ideal place as a base to discover the surroundings and relax. Once there, the only sound that the visitor will be able to hear will be the song of the birds, or perhaps of the river that passes by the houses, or also, of one of the donkeys that live in this paradise and that, with pleasure, They will also take you for a walk around the surroundings.
In short, an idyllic place to disconnect from stress and connect with nature! Without a doubt, a totally authentic and rural place. During the summer, you can pick vegetables from the garden and, at any time of the year, if you wish, you have the opportunity to explore this beautiful Sierra, taking a walk or mountain bike ride, from the houses to the villages or towns neighbors or, towards the same town of Alájar with its white houses and its winding streets.
Some of the bars and restaurants are considered the best in the region, something that is not surprising since the Sierra de Aracena is considered the birthplace of the famous “pata negra” for being the producer of the Iberian ham PDO Jabugo.
