Our rural house is one of the homes that make up the Molino del Río Alájar complex. Its name is thanks to its location, since it is located in the Alájar municipality, and on the banks of the river of the same name. We are in the province of Huelva.
Located on a hill, this accommodation has the best views of the entire complex, being able to see from the riverbed to the vegetation that surrounds all our houses.
It has a total of 4 places for our visitors. The double room is attic style and has a crib available if the visitor wishes. We have another double room, ideal for children, with separate beds and decorated with lively sheets. All this makes our accommodation an ideal place for the whole family to enjoy.
The interior has a brown stoneware floor in combination with the wooden utensils. It has a fully equipped kitchen where we can prepare everything we want. Among the appliances that exist, a gas stove or an electric stove stand out.
We have a cozy living room furnished with comfortable sofas where we can relax while watching the fire in the wood-burning fireplace. Behind the sofas is the dining table, where you can all sit at the same time.
Outside we can enjoy its patio equipped with garden furniture and enjoy a barbecue on the barbecue. When the heat hits we can enjoy the complex's shared pool.
The most notable thing about the house is its beautiful terrace. In it there is, apart from typical garden furniture, great views of the valley

Dutch of origin, Peter and Monica have been enjoying and living in the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche for more than 20 years where, every day they continue to give charm to their mill, a set of 6 rural stone houses.
Great travelers, are good connoisseurs of the region, their people, their culture, their paths, gastronomy and customs and will be happy to share their knowledge with their guests.
This accommodation is the real proof that there is paradise on Earth.
In the middle of a natural park considered a biosphere reserve, surrounded by holm oaks, cork oaks and chestnut trees, between goats, deer and eagles we find great natural beauty: the Natural Park of the Sierra de Aracena and Aroche Picos.
And here they are located in full nature and only 1.5km from the magnificent town of Alájar, the six stone houses that make up our complex; An ideal place as a basis for discovering the surroundings and relaxing. Once there, the only sound that the visitor will reach to listen will be the song of the birds, or perhaps the river that passes by the houses, or also, of one of the donkeys that live in this paradise and that, with pleasure, will also take you to walk around the surroundings.
In summary, an idyllic place to disconnect from stress and connect with nature! Without a doubt, a totally authentic and rural place. During the summer, you can collect vegetables from the garden and, at any time of the year, if you wish, you have the opportunity to explore this beautiful mountain
Some of the bars and restaurants are considered the best in the region, something that does not surprise since the Sierra de Aracena is considered the cradle of the famous “black leg” for being a producer of the Iberian ham dop Jabugo.
Those who want, can enjoy the shared pool, the tennis court, a game of Petanca or Chess or also of football, while others are enjoying this peace that seeks this place, from their home or its private terrace.
Hiking, Mountain Bike, riding, donkey walk, kayak, visits to Iberian ham warehouses, climbing, bird or stars observation, Bótanica classes or flamenco guitar, yoga, baille...
