Casa Rural La Cigüeña

the stork is a rural house that belongs to the Molino complex Río Alájar. It is located in the Huelva town of alájar, on the banks of the river of the same name.

This house has capacity for 4-6 people divided into the two floors that this accommodation has.

The facade responds to the mountain characteristics of the area. The native stone has been used to cover its walls and brown wood for its interiors and decorations. A beautiful contrast is created between the reddish stone and the orange of the stork tiles.

On the exterior we have a small patio with views of the entire complex as well as the river and the mountains that surround us. Here we can have pleasant family talks or with our group of friends. We also have a great pool where we can refresh ourselves when the heat tightens.

On the ground floor there is a simple kitchen but fully equipped and decorated with wood details. Next to this we find a small dining room with capacity for 6 diners.

The room has comfortable sofas where we can gather around the fire of the wood chimney and wooden ladder that connects with the floor above. Of course, it also has television and DVD player.

In this plant there is also a bedroom with marriage bed. As a singularity, it is worth mentioning that it has an exit to the patio and the rest of the instances of the house.

In the upper part there are two other rooms with two independent beds each. They are decorated with dark wood and are of abuhardillated roofs.

the stork is located in the municipality of Alájar, in the Sierra de Aracena, one of the highest altitude in the province of Huelv a. It is bathed by the waters of the homonym river. This river also bathes the houses of our rural complex so the visit is more than guaranteed. This offers endless possibilities such as walking the river and visiting the numbers springs and waterfalls that exist.

It is undoubtedly visiting the Peña de Arias Montano, a area where the humanist Benito A. Montano lived that today bears his name and where an original monument has been lifted. The views of the town from here are great.
