This rural house is located within a farm of 4 homes, this being the number 12. Specifically we are located in a municipality in Barcelona, L'Arboxar de Baix, en the place that once occupied a medieval town. The tower of this villa is still preserved, and in this house plays an important role.

- The kitchen is divided into 2 by an outgoing bar-table. On one side there is only free space, on the other side there are the appliances and cabinets, as well as a side table. From this room you can access the tower.
- Living room. In the lounge area there is the chimney and the television, both against the wall of the room, and just in front of them is the sofa. The part of the dining room is composed of a large table with many chairs. From this double room there is access to a garden delantero.
- Cleanliness. In it you will find a toilet and a sink to clean up.
- 4 bedrooms are the ones that houses the house. Of those 4, 2 are individual; one has 2 single beds and the last one has double bed. The bedroom with double bed has a particular charm, as it has an old royal bed with its 4 woods and the canopy and full bathroom. The other rooms have modern furniture, but the windows are the original windows of the villa.
- 2 bathrooms, very spacious and with bathtub. They are decorated with small colored tiles. One of them is shared by the bedrooms, while the other is for private use.
