Our rural house is made of wood, and is built on 2 floors. It has capacity for 8 people, expandable to a maximum of 12 with extra beds for which an additional fee is charged, and is located in Cobisa, a municipality that is 5 minutes from Toledo.
Inside, the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, of which 2 are on the ground floor of the house, and the other 2 on the upper floor. In addition, 2 of them have a double bed, and the other 2 are doubles with separate beds. All of them are exterior. The master bedroom on the ground floor has an accessible bathroom, and the 2 bedrooms on the upper floor have a bathroom as well.
The ground floor is accessible and consists of a living-dining room, whose distribution is as follows: the rest area, with a sofa bed in front of the television, and the dining area with a table for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, etc., and electrical appliances such as microwave, coffee maker, etc. To store kitchenware and cutlery, it has cabinets.
The exterior of the house has a large garden with a private seasonal pool (May 1 to October 15) and barbecue, perfect for the good weather. There is a porch area furnished with a table for also 8 people. The garden is decorated with stone pots, areas of artificial grass and a curious wooden bench made into a cart wheel.
