- A broad dining room, that communicates in turn with the kitchen and in which you will find a rest zone equipped with a set of armchairs upholstered in which you accommodate to watch the plasma television that is just in front. In the corner, we find a wood chimney in forge that brings warmth. After this set you will find a large dining table with several chairs.
- A complete kitchen, of American style and equipped so that we have a countertop in the form of L with some wood details, where the cabinets are distributed in which you will be able cook at home.
- 4 double bedrooms, distributed so that in 2 of them rooms we have a wide marriage bed, while in the 2 rooms that are missing, we have a couple of individuals. In all rooms you will find a plasma television, with sheets and blankets and 2 of them, located in the upper floor, with access to a terrace with the best views of the Sierra de Gredos. Also, each bedroom has a room of private bath

- A barbecue zone covered, in which you will be able to cook as in your own home.
- A spectacular fenced pool in which to refresh or sunbathe in the hammocks next to it.
