- A pleasant living-dining room with a semi-attic ceiling, which has a rest area composed of a comfortable upholstered sofa in a light color that faces the front where the plasma television is located. On one side and next to a window is the dining room, equipped with a wooden table with its set of chairs.
- A complete kitchen, equipped so that we have a countertop in an L shape with several cabinets above and below it in which the different elements of the kitchenware and also the appliances are distributed with which you will be able to cook like in your own home.
- 2 complete bathrooms, equipped so that in each of them there is a shower between the toilets, with a glass screen and with several sets of towels so that you feel at home.
- 3 large double bedrooms, equipped in such a way that 2 of them have a double bed, while in the third case there are a pair of single beds. In all these spaces the ceilings have exposed wooden beams and are semi-attic in addition to having a window.

This accommodation is close to the town center, less than 500 meters away, also close to the Santamaría Gorge and more specifically to one of its natural pools, which you can walk to in less than 2 minutes.
It has a bicycle area and a garden with fruit trees to enjoy a good breakfast.
