On one side and communicating with the kitchen, is the imposing wood-burning fireplace in stone with several chairs in front.
- A kitchen-dining room in the main house, which has a modern L-shaped countertop with cabinets equipped with kitchenware and appliances, as well as a high and wide wooden bar with several chairs that give way to the round table with glass surface.
- A living room corresponding to the auxiliary house, which has armchairs in front of the television and a kitchen area equipped with kitchenware
