Description of El Horquito
Visit this rural house in the middle of Sierra de Gredos, a private refuge where to enjoy one of the most beautiful villages in Spain: Candeleda.
The comforts of this accommodation are adapted to children and adults, so that you can plan your family trip without having to worry about anything. Even if you need an extra space for the wheelchair, the interior is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Here you will find the following rooms:
- 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and views of the garden or mountain, prepared two of them with a couple of individual beds and the main one with a marriage bed for a couple. The rooms are complemented with the cabinets and hangers placed next to the walls in stone, as well as with the towel games that we have left for the toilets.
- Special mention to the mosquitors, something to take into account when resting without interruptions in this privileged environment. We have also taken care of the details for clothing such as the plates or the tendeer.
- 2 bathrooms of different tiles and styles, although both with shower and everything you need. From the original mirrors on the sink, to the hair dryer, we have dealt with anything you can need. Around the toilet we have left the toilet paper.
- The stairs will take you through the plants of the house, adorned along the way with Egyptian paintings and other articles that grant it a more charming aspect. At your feet there is a security barrier for the little ones.
- a kitchen with exit to the terrace and dining area. In itself it is very well equipped, also leaving a space for the washing machine. Cooking with the makeup is simple and for this you will have key appliances, where we highlight the oven and even the dishwasher. Prepare rich homemade meals and collect, the two things will be simple and comfortable, because it has hobble and we have added the cleaning products. We also have coffee maker !
- a lounge where to heat up the fire of the chimney in those cold winter days, also with a great sofa where they sit together to chat or watch television. From here there is another access to the outside, a fact that fills the entire natural light room and improves the fluidity between the two spaces.
in the outer zone there are:
- a large patio with terrace and garden furniture that creates a corner where to go out to enjoy the outdoors. The barbecue is available so you can prepare barbecue rich and share them in external dining rooms.
- Later the grass esplanade opens and you can also find a salt water pool. The glass is surrounded by hammocks and the moment of sunset is enviable.

We are in one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, Candeleda, located in the Tiétar Valley. He has penalties to reach the 5,000 inhabitants and has the particular charm of the entire Sierra de Gredos, with an environment that makes you want to discover and tranquility letting wrapping every street that articulates it.
The medieval heart of the municipality is about 4 km away, perfect for even more privacy. There you can take a picture in the Casa de las Flores or visit some of their hermitages. Walking through its Empedrades streets is a unique experience and they will also take you to the teed and local bars.
Undoubtedly, the main attraction is taken by the place, starting with the old bridge and following the hiking routes that articulate forests and roads next to the river. When inlcuso a good weather you can make an excursion in kayak or let the children have fun in the children's camp of the colonies of Gredos.
