Casa Rural Areano

The accommodation is located in Eskoriatza, a town of Guipúzcoa, and has a capacity for 12 people distributed in 6 double rooms fully equipped. The appearance of the house retains the style of the typical farmhouses in the area; It was built in the 16th century and is remodeled for the comfort of our guests.

The house is distributed in 2 floors, in the upper one there are 5 of the rooms; of them, 4 have 2 single beds and the other a double bed. All come dressed and fully equipped with their sheets and pillows. The body of the bed is solid wood to match the rest of the real estate, including the bedside tables, cabinets and desks.

The floors of the rooms are made of wood and, thanks to the heating, they are warm and comfortable spaces. From the windows you have views to the outdoor area of ​​the house including the garden, valley and surrounding mountains. Each room has its own X
On the first floor there is the Relax Lounge, a space equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs perfect to read a good book chat with family or friends. From this place you have stunning views of the valley and landscape in general. In addition you can also access the terrace of the house, from where you can have a beautiful panoramic of the village and naturaleza.

On the ground floor is the Main Room, which has a fireplace, armchairs and sofas to make you feel at home. This space can be used to hold company or family meetings. The decoration is of rural style and on the walls and tables are motives and pieces of local craftsmanship.

X In addition there is the furnished kitchen, which can be used by the guests who rent the house completely. On the ground floor there is also a room for people with reduced mobility, which has its own bathroom. The whole house enjoys free WIFI signal.

In the outdoor area terrace with a rustic wooden balcony is located. The views are impressive what makes the space with more personality of the house. We have a parking area for guests and access is paved.

The accommodation is located at Eskoriatza, a population of about 4000 inhabitants southeast of the province of Gipuzkoa. Nearby is the Urkulu reservoir, whose waters are blue and clean. The green meadows are perfect to disconnect and appreciate the local fauna and flora.

From the house you can see the imposing Kurtzebarri (1146 meters high), located in the middle of the Natural Park of Aizkorri-Aratz. A park that stands out for the breadth of its slopes and the extent of its forests; an ideal place to perform rural activities such as hiking, mountaineering o caving.

To the laoria of Escoriatza are the mountainous population of Aretxabaleta, where you can visit the palaces of the XVIII century: Arratabe, Otalora and Arkarazo. In addition to the Casa-Torre Otalora and the Casa-Torre Galartza, built in the sixteenth century.
