This dream rural house is located in the municipality of Aretxabaleta, in the province of Guipúzcoa.
It is made up of 5 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. In addition, in the Vintage, Pigalle, Malawi and Verdi bedrooms there is the possibility of including an extra bed .
For its part, the Maya bedroom is adapted for people with reduced mobility , and the Pigalle bedroom has a terrace with outdoor furniture, from which you can fully enjoy the S1XX X views of the wonderful surroundings of the house.
They have a full bathroom inside, all of them equipped with a shower tray, with the exception of the Malawi room, which has a hydromassage bathtub.

- A very spacious dining room distributed in 3 areas. At one end are 4 tables to eat with capacity for 4 people each and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker XX XS2, a toaster and a fridge. A central area with several armchairs, a low small table and a cabinet with various books and games. At the other end there is an area with a sofa, armchairs, a television and a beautiful exposed brick fireplace.
- A magnificent heated pool. The space reserved for her is equipped with heating.
- A gym, available in the winter season.
- A charming txoco featuring a kitchen complete with all appliances and a small table; a dining area with 2 barbecues, a table and benches for a maximum of 15 people and a table football. It is, without a doubt, a place where great moments of leisure will be spent.
- A magical fenced outdoor area made up of various areas: a picnic area with wooden tables and benches; an esplanade with barbecue and outdoor furniture ; a grass soccer field; an area with hammocks facing the mountains, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing; a garden with swings and a trampoline; an area with ping pong table ; and a porch with bench seats and padded chairs right at the entrance of the house.

- In case of renting the entire accommodation, a deposit will be charged at the entrance.

**General rules:
- is not allowed in any case more than 18 people, of which will be a maximum of 12 adults and always over 30 years of age.
