The accommodation is located in the population of Legazpi, Guipúzcoa, and is an old stone and wood building built in the year 1800 fully restored. It has capacity for 12 people distributed in 6 double rooms, of which:

• 3 have a marriage bed
• 3 have 2 individual beds

The rooms are bright and large spaces decorated with bright colored walls; which contrast with the stone that make up part of the inner walls. The floor of the rooms can be made of wood or ceramics, always according to the rest of the furniture.

The body of the beds is wood to match the night tables, cabinets and other furniture. All beds are completely dressed and equipped. The rooms are distributed on 2 on the ground floor of the house and the other 4 on the first floor.

The rooms have their own private bathroom, which also has cleaning products. All rooms have heating. We have a room for people with reduced mobility. Guests can solve a supplementary bed. 

On the ground floor is the dining room, which has 3 wooden tables accompanied with chairs of the same material. In such a way that all guests have enough space to eat comfortably. In this same space is the chimney, which makes space a warm and comfortable place.

On the roof of the house there is a great Claraboya that allows the passage of light thus illuminating the interior areas of the house. Likewise, the rest of the house has heating.

In the living room are sofas and armchairs suffering to be comfortable, a television and guests have free wifi signal. We also have a collection of board games.

In the outer zone is the terrace next to the barbecue a. It is a furnished zon with an ideal stone table to eat outdoors. A great garden and leafy vegetation is located around the house.

We have a parking zone for customers. There are also available bicycles, clothing washing service and we serve breakfasts daily.
