- A large kitchen-dining room next to the staircase leading to the upper floor, where we have a modern worktop with several cabinets where you will find all the elements of the kitchenware, and also the electrical appliances with which you will be able to cook like at home In addition, right in front we have a glass table with black chairs to eat all together.
- A lounge area in the same space as the kitchen, on one side, which has been equipped with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed and that faces the front in which we have a plasma television, so you don't miss any of your favorite shows.
- 2 complete bathrooms, equipped in such a way that we have the set of basic toilets, in addition to having a functional toilet. We will leave you several sets of towels in each case.
- 3 spacious double bedrooms, of which the first one has a large Queen Size bed, while in the remaining 2 rooms, we have a pair of single beds. All rooms have a plasma television , in addition to having Wi-Fi connection.

We are Joan and Ángeles, a couple of architects who love mountains, art, history and gastronomy.
That is why we have thought of this house in Prades to be able to enjoy everything that we are passionate about
What the owner pinpoints on the property
It is an old house located a few meters from the main square of Prades, the Plaza Mayor. A beautiful porticoed square with good restaurants and terraces to have a drink while you sunbathe.
We have restored it with care, respecting and recovering original elements such as the marble stone sink that used to be in the old kitchen and the shutters that we now use as headboards.
The house combines the antiquity of its red stone walls and wooden ceilings with the modernity of the Corten steel staircase and the comforts of a 21st century house.
