Our accommodation is located within the province of Barcelona, at the top of the town of Sant Pau d'Ordal, in Subirats, the municipality with the largest extension of vineyards in l'Alt Penedès.
It is about a farm of approximately 1,400 m of which 1000m. They are dedicated to accommodation and the rest for the private use of the owners. The area is delimited by wooden panels, to respect the intimacy and privacy of our guests. As for the house, it is a renovated rustic-style house adapted to the new times. It has been completely renovated, it is for a maximum of 8 people , that they will be able to enjoy inside these spaces that we detail:
Already in the outer, we have:
TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT: * Being in the residential area, it is not allowed to have parties, bachelor parties, play loud music or make a lot of noise out of respect for the neighbors. * The lights in the outdoor pool area are automated and will turn on at sunset and turn off at midnight. * Entry is not allowed to people not registered in the reserve. * Reservations for children under 35 years of age are not allowed.

- A spacious American kitchen with dining space, which has a U-shaped worktop that ends in a exposed brick bar. We have a set of cabinets in which the electrical appliances and the kitchenware are distributed. In addition, through the bar you can see the dining area, which has a round table next to the window from which we can see the vineyards of the landscape. In the background, , a barrel with high chairs so that you can, for example, enjoy a wine.
- A spacious living-dining room with a window and views of the exterior, which has a wooden table just in front of this window, with its set of chairs. In the rest area we have a set of upholstered armchairs that look towards the furniture in which we have the plasma television and next to the wood-burning fireplace.
- 4 bedrooms, distributed in such a way that the main bedroom is type suite, with a large double bed and a private bathroom with shower and bathtub. There are 2 more rooms with a large double bed and finally, we have a bedroom with a bunk bed. 2 extra beds can be added.
- Two complete bathrooms, with all the comforts and toilets for day to day, among which we leave you several sets of towels.
- A Wellness Room, in which is the gym area with some machines, a spectacular heated pool and a sauna (the latter must be booked in advance and at an additional cost).
Already in the outer, we have:
- A private porch with table and chairs so you can eat what you have cooked on the gas barbecue.
- A solarium area with hammocks and artificial grass with chill out in front of a large pool for refreshments.
- One outdoor bathroom equipped with washing machine and dressing area.

I am María, owner and host of this accommodation.
After many years working as an employee, I have been lucky enough to carry out this project. A family project, the result of work done over the years.
Nature lover, with a high vocation for customer service, I will be delighted to serve you.
We constantly work to achieve our goals, to make each stay a getaway of 10!
What the owner pinpoints on the property
Our accommodation is very special to us, since it reflects all the work we have done over the years to build what it is today.
It is a rustic-style house with all the comforts of the times. It offers extraordinary views towards the vineyards, located in the heart of l'Alt Penedès, in a calm and serene environment. It is one of the few houses in the area in which the main rooms are on a single floor, in addition, has two pools, one indoor heated and one outdoor to cool off on hot summer days.
What to do in its surroundings?
Our environment offers a great tourist variety. In Subirats we can visit the Ordal peach market (fruit known for its quality with its own denomination of origin, we can also visit ecological wineries in the area, horseback riding, hiking, bird watching, visits to the wine museum, or Simón Coll chocolates, bicycle routes, guided tours, gastronomy, etc.
In addition, almost every weekend events are held in the surrounding area, from parties in the neighboring towns, events in nearby wineries, workshops,... If you ask me, I'll be happy to advise you.
The location is ideal, we are far from the capital but close enough to visit it: 35 minutes from Prat de Llobregat Airport, 45 minutes from Barcelona city, 30 minutes from the Sitges coast, 60 minutes from Port Aventura, 40 minutes from the Montserrat Mountains.
