Our accommodation is located within the province of Toledo, where you will be able to enjoy the best views from the town of Seseña, which is very close to Madrid and places such as Aranjuez.

It is a very spacious home, capacity for up to 18 people, fully equipped, and designed so that in addition to resting, you can disconnect and enjoy leisure with your loved ones without having to leave this property.

As for capacity, it is a house for large groups in which they will be able to enjoy the following rooms:

• A large living room in which we find a set of armchairs in which to enjoy moments of relaxation while watching the plasma television that is on the main front furniture. In the center, a dining table with chairs around it so that you can all eat together.

• The kitchen is modern and has a set of appliances so that you feel at home when cooking. Among its red cabinets, you will find the utensils and kitchenware so that you don't have to worry about anything. On one side, an auxiliary table and direct exit to the outside.

• 5 spacious bedrooms, of which 2 of them have a double bed, while the next 2 have a double bed and a single bed, and in the last case, 8 single beds in a bedroom attic, also with access to the outside.

• 5 complete bathrooms in which you will find shower or bathtub, and in the case of the attic bathroom, a whirlpool bathtub, and sets of towels for everyone.

On the exterior, we have:

• A very large porch with table and chairs to enjoy the best views.

• A garden area with an indoor pool, a jacuzzi (Not operational, covid-19) and next to it, a large barbecue area.

• Quite large parking space.

Our accommodation is located within Seseña, which is a town that belongs to the province of Toledo but is very close to Madrid.
It is a charming space, very quiet and with a large number of green areas that you will be able to explore, as well as points of cultural interest.

Among the green areas, we recommend that you follow any of the hiking routes in the nearby countryside, which are also for different levels.

And especially if you are traveling with children, we recommend a day at Parque Warner in Madrid, a few kilometers from the house, or visiting Aranjuez, which is right next door, with views, in fact, from the house, of the Royal Site.
