This rural house is located in the town of Calpe, in the province of Alicante, one of the most beautiful towns in the Valencian Community. This locality is bathed by the sea Mediterranean that leaves an environment of of great beauty.
Our rural house se rents in its entirety with capacity for 16 people. This is a one-storey villa where we will have an outdoor pool with landscaped zoans.

It has the following areas:
- 4 double rooms with a double bed: these are spacious, very bright rooms with white-toned walls, lots of natural light thanks to the window that looks out on the outside
- 3 double rooms with 2 single beds: they are twin beds that are joined together. They have 2 bedside tables on each side, wardrobe and other furniture
- 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub: they are spacious spaces with lots of natural light that reflect on the white tile walls. We will have ammenities like towels
- A private bathroom: it is a space that gives a lot of independence to the main room of the house
- A spacious living room with a flat screen TV, a sofa chaise longue in gray. It has a fireplace that will make our stay very comfortable
- A dining area: that has a dining table with several wooden chairs, ideal to enjoy a good meal with the family
- A kitchen: it has access to the outside area, so we can eat outside
- A large swimming pool with solarium with natural grass, palmsm ect. It is an ideal area to spend a family day in the good weather of the Mediterranean
