- 5 bathrooms: one of them with bathtub. Most of these bathrooms have a shower with a screen
- A kitchen with appliances with 2-door refrigerator, parquet floors, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob , etc
- The kitchen has a breakfast bar and stools
- A dining area with a wooden table with several wooden chairs. The ceilings in these rooms are high with exposed beams
- A living room with gray multi-seater sofa and a second 2-seater sofa in cream. Right in front of the first sofa there is a TV cabinet with a flat screen television
