Our beautiful rural house is located in the Alicante town of Dénia, in the Valencian Community. It is a city of great beauty and charm where we can enjoy a Mediterranean environment bathed by this sea.

This house is rented in full with capacity for 10 people that will have this complete installation in which an external pool is included.

is distributed in:

• 5 double bedrooms: Some of these bedrooms have marriage bed, ideal for couples. Other rooms have 2 individual beds, so they are perfect for friends or the little ones in the house. It is rat for ethsancies of great elegance and charming design

• 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub: They are great beauty spaces with colored tiles that fill these rooms with light. We will have hair dryer

• 3 bathrooms with shower: as well as the previous bathrooms, they have Ammenities as a hair dryer

• a large main hall with flat screen television via satellite: it is a style stay that mimics the rusticity of Mediterranean houses. It has a dining area with table and chairs

• a living room on the top: a second living room, smaller than the previous one

• A wide cuisine with all kinds of appliances where we will have a hobbled plate, electric oven, fridge, etc.

In the exterior of the house we will have:

• a private pool with solarium and sun loungers. In this area there is a wooden table with several matching chairs, ideal to enjoy a good family meal

• a barbecue zone

• a landscaped area

• a parking zone

Welcome to the town of Dénia, within the province of Alicante. It is a Mediterranean city that are bathed in this sea. It is a welcoming and charming population where the streets have facades in white colors with the blue Levantine sea in the background.

It has large beaches cooked that of Dénia or La Castillo Beach, an ancient fortification which was used to protect the city from pirates. In this area we will find natural spaces ideal for the hiking practice and other aquatic activities such as kayak.
