This rural house is in the quiet loclaity of Jávea, a population on the shores of the Mediterranean Mar. It is one of the most charming cities in the province of Alicante, where we can spend a vacation immersed in a natural environment between mountains and the sea.

Our 3 plants establishment is rented in full to families or groups of friends with a maximum capacity of 12 people that will have modern facilities where we will have:

• 3 bedrooms with marriage house: is wide of wide stays with marriage bed, ideal for couples. Each of them has a closet, window abroad with views and heating

• 3 double bedrooms with 2 individual beds: they are wide spaces, ideal for friends or the little ones in the house

• Each of the rooms has a bathroom, so each of the rooms are very independent and intimate

• a kitchen where we will have a hob plaque, dishwasher and other appliances that will make Neustra stay neustra is the most comfortable

• A modern living room with a dining room with capacity for 12 diners

In the exterior we will have:

• a pool abroad with solarium with sun loungers, umbrellas

• A barbecue zone

• terrace with a biting zone

• parking with capacity for 2 cars (even SUVs)
