Our house is located in the upper zone of X Piedralaves, a beautiful town of Ávila. From its location you can enjoy a quiet holiday and contemplate one of the most beautiful views of the Tiétar valley and the Sierra de Gredos.
It is a holiday accommodation built in the modernist style of the 50s and has a maximum capacity for 20 people. The house has:

- Fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances that allow you to prepare your best dishes and leave your guests with their mouths open. There is kitchenware enough for 20 guests. It is decorated in a turquoise color that brings joy and vitality to the room. It is a very large space where you will find a kitchen table to eat all together or snack while the cook on duty prepares the food.
- Dining room with a beautiful traditional style table and several matching furniture in which you will find the household items you may need. The most striking is the window overlooking the garden that brings a lot of light and beautiful views.
- Living room with wood fireplace around which are several sofas where you can chat with your friends or read a book. In this room you will also find the television, so you will have no excuse to not be informed of the news even if you are on vacation.
- 3 bedrooms with double bed completely furnished.
- 3 bedroom quadruple with 4 single beds and enough storage space for all the guests to organize their clothes.
- A single room with bed, bedside table and wardrobe in which the guest can enjoy more privacy.

Our house is located at Piedralaves, a small municipality of just 2500 inhabitants that belongs to Ávila. It is a very quiet place that will allow you to disconnect from the stress of your daily routine and be in direct contact with nature. Some of the monuments you can visit are:
- La church of San Antonio de Padua, built between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. Stresses the baroque altarpiece that houses inside.
- The watch tower, is characterized by being separated from the consistorial building.
- The Roman bridge, of medieval origin. Formerly it was a forced step on the road from Plasencia to Madrid. Nowadays it still has a good state of conservation.
- The historical center of Piedralaves, crosses its cobblestone streets to observe the typical construction of the area with its wooden and granite balconies.
- The castle of La Adrada, recently restored building whose origin dates back to the fourteenth century.
