In the exteriors of these houses, fun is guaranteed, however, in the case of renting only one of these accommodations, the use is shared. You will enjoy:

• We have 2 swimming pools, so that everyone can bathe with complete peace of mind. There is one for the little ones and another for the older ones. It is shared with a small rural hotel within the same enclosure.

• A terrace equipped with several chairs and tables, and also, well-padded furniture to spread out. A nap here, after having a barbecue, is priceless.

• A large garden where you can enjoy the outdoors, with one of the best panoramic views you can imagine of the area.

• Aparking area so you can come and leave your vehicle without problems.

It should be noted that according to prohibitions of the Community of Castilla y León, neither the barbecue nor the built-in fireplace can be used during the months of July, August and September.

Within the province of Ávila at the foot of the El Burguillo reservoir, you will find our farm, which has 2 perfect spaces to disconnect and enjoy the tranquility

Here, everything is designed so that you feel at home and you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest, and with complete facilities that make you feel at home.

We have 2 accommodations, which are rented in their entirety, being an ideal option for traveling with family or friends, because it is an alternative that adapts to your capacity. Between both houses, the total capacity is 28 people, distributed in one of 20 and another of 8 people.
 

• Casa rural Burguillo, the accommodation you need if you are a large group and want to spend a few quality days together. With capacity for up to 20 people, it has several rooms, spread over 2 floors, with the common areas on the ground floor: living room and dining room; and on the upper floor all the rooms. In total, we have 10 bedrooms which are divided into: a single room, a triple room and 8 double rooms. And all of them have abathroom with sink, toilet, shower and set of towels.

• El Pájaro Pi House. It has spaces designed for 8 people. Its interior is distributed in a large living room; equipped kitchen; 4 double rooms;  2 full bathrooms and 2 toilets. Each of the rooms are furnished and equipped with all the comforts to provide you with a rest without worries. You have comfortable sofas and fireplace, dining table with capacity for everyone to gather around it; kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your best recipes; single beds with the option of joining them and converting them into double beds; and fully equipped bathrooms and with towels. In addition to a games room, to have a great time all together. It is a very bright area of the house.
