Description of Casa Río Alberche
Our accommodation is located within the province of Ávila, where you will be able to get to know in depth the town of Navaluenga in which we are located.
It is a spacious and totally private home, in which you will be able to enjoy the best comforts inside, as well as leisure facilities outside.
It has been designed for between 14 and 20 people, if we have the extra seats that we make available to our guests, making it a charming space for groups.
It resolves to:
- A large dining room, in which we find several armchairs that look towards the front where the wood-burning fireplace is located, which will be one of the protagonists. On the other side, thewooden table with its set of chairs so that you can all eat together and without problems.
- 2 independent kitchens, of which one of them communicates with the previous room. Both have plenty of kitchenware and appliances in perfect condition so you can cook like at home.
- 5 full bathrooms, two of them adapted for the disabled, full of features to make you feel at home. In all of them there are several sets of towels so you don't have to worry about anything.
- 7 double bedrooms, all of them equipped with a pair of single beds that are perfectly dressed with sheets and blankets, and are completed with functional furniture.
Already in theoutdoor areas, the house has:
- A large terrace with several tables and chairs.
- Garden area where the built-in barbecue is located.
- Football field to delight young and old, along with some swings.
- A covered pool where there is also a jacuzzi so you can relax.

Our accommodation is located within the town of Navaluenga, which is a quiet space full of amenities in the province of Ávila.
It is a space full of charm where you will be able to enjoy the best comforts and the green areas that are spread around the town center, with special mention of the Natural Pools, fully prepared with showers, grass and sandy beach.
Among these areas, you will be able to enjoy active tourism thanks to the different hiking routes, mountain biking, triathlon, and all the mountain that are spread throughout the area.
Also worth highlighting is the magnificent 9-hole Golf Course and the Adventure Park in the trees, with zip lines.
