Casa El Fontín

Our accommodation is located within the Villa del Prado area, which is a charming space within the Community of Madrid where you will be able to enjoy.

It is an accommodation with all the comforts, where you will be able to rest and have a great time in its exteriors, which are prepared to make you feel at home.

As for the capacity of the home, it is for a maximum of 10 people who will be able to enjoy all the comforts distributed in the following rooms:

• 2 large rooms. One of them corresponds to the main house and is very spacious, with a set of pleasant armchairs that face the wood-burning fireplace in front, next to the television. The second living room corresponds to the apartment, smaller in size but also equipped with a wood-burning fireplace next to the television, and a set of armchairs in front that give way to the dining area, which has a wooden table and chairs.

• 2 full kitchens. One in the main house, equipped with a dining area, and the second, in the apartment, which is smaller in size. In both cases we have countertops that have cabinets in which we have distributed the different elements of the kitchenware and the appliances so that you can cook.

• 6 large bedrooms that are distributed so that 2 of the rooms have large double beds while the next 2 have a pair of single beds, one of them also having a bathroom integrated into its space. The 2 rooms that remain are completed in the first case with a double bed and a pair of single beds, and in the second, with a double bed.

• Games Room / Cinema where we can also put mattresses to sleep and take advantage of the house with a larger group.

• A large games room for you to have a great time and for the little ones to also have their space.

• 4 bathrooms in total, where you will find a shower or bathtub, depending on which one you choose, and where we have a set of towels at your disposal.

Already on the exterior, this accommodation consists of:

• A large terrace at the top, which has a large dining table, with its set of chairs and a rocking sofa so you can enjoy the tranquility and the best views.

• A large garden space where you will find a barbecue for cooking outside, as well as functional furniture
