Description of Casa El Fontín
Our accommodation is located within the Villa del Prado area, which is a charming space within the Community of Madrid where you will be able to enjoy.
It is an accommodation with all the comforts, within which you will be able to rest and have a great time to their exteriors, which are prepared to feel at home.
As for the ability of housing, it is for a maximum of 10 people that they will be able to enjoy all the comforts distributed in the following stays:
- 2 wide rooms. One of them corresponds to the principal house l and is very wide, with a set of saddles pleasant that are oriented towards the chimney of firewood that is in front of the television. The second hall corresponds to the apartment, of smaller size but equally equipped with a wood chimney next to the television, and a set of saddlebag Chairs.
- 2 complete kitchens. One in the main house, equipped with a dining area, and the second, in the apartment, smaller size. In both cases we have countertops that have cabinets in which we have distributed the different elements of the household and the appliances so you can cook.
- 6 broad bedroom integrated bathroom in your space. The 2 bedrooms that remain are completed in a first case with a bed of marriage and a pair of individuals individual, and in the second, with a double bed.
- games room/cinema where we can also put mattresses to sleep and take advantage of the house with a larger group.
- A wide game room so that you have a large time and so that the little ones also have their space.
- 4 bathrooms in total, in which you will find shower or bathtub, depending on the one you choose, and where we have a set of towels at your disposal.
Already in the exterior, this accommodation consists of:
- A wide terrace on the top, which has a dining table, with its set of chairs and a balancing sofa so you can enjoy tranquility and the best views.
- A ample landscaped space in which you will find a barbecue to cook abroad, as well as furniture functional.
- A spectacular fenced pool that has hammocks inside and also has spectacular views of the Sierra de Gredos.

We are a Dutch family with 3 children and enjoy living in Madrid for 12 years. We love the city, but we really like spending time traveling together and relaxing in a green environment and nature.
Since we bought this accommodation, the place has become a special place for us where we enjoy being together as a family and with friends and family to be impressed by the view and enjoy the comfort of the Casa Grande and its surroundings.
We love making the house available and assuring our guests to have a good time together. We are always going to do our best to improve comfort, beauty and pleasure in and around the house.
