Our accommodation is located within the province of Salamanca,, where you will be able to enjoy all the comforts and tranquility in the area of Sotoserrano.
It is a completely private home in which you will be able to enjoy both interior spaces for rest and exterior spaces for leisure.

Regarding the capacity of the house, it is for a maximum of 8 people who will find inside the rooms that we detail:
- A spacious living-dining room,, in which we find ourselves on one side, with a comfortable sofa on which you will be able to rest while watching the plasma television that is right in front of us. In the center of the room, we find a wooden dining table with its set of chairs.
- The kitchen is spacious, and has a worktop where you will be able to enjoy a set of cabinets where the different elements of the kitchenware are distributed, as well as the electrical appliances with which you will be able to cook as in home. In this space, we have a side table, ideal for breakfast, for example.
- 2 complete bathrooms, in which you will find the necessary set of toilets so that you can enjoy moments of relaxation. We leave you some sets of towels.
- 4 spacious double bedrooms, of which 3 of them have a large double bed, while in the last space we have a pair of single beds.
Already in the outer, we find:
- A large terrace , with plenty of table and chairs.
- A large space in which the pool is located, with its set of sunbeds, and also the barbecue area.
