We want to present you this beautiful house located in the Madrid town of Navacerrada, in the beautiful natural environment of the National Park of the Sierra de Guadarrama.
This house, with capacity for six people, has part of its facade made in robust stone walls, making the insulation perfect, and a beautiful and characteristic black slate roof, which also has panels solar panels, supplying the house with energy that is respectful of the environment.
In the exterior you will find an extensive area that includes a small pine forest that will provide you with a pleasant shady area in summer, the area of barbecue, made of stone and with tables and benches of the same material.
Next to the entrance of the house you will have a covered terrace, which includes a comfortable sofa where you can sit and enjoy the good weather.
You will also have a solarium area with sunbeds and a table with an umbrella, from which you can access the heated pool inside the house. Next to the pool you can enjoy a sauna room that, after a session, will leave you totally relaxed.
