Alojamiento Rural Villa de Salvanés

This luxurious house is located in the Madrid municipality of Villarejo de Salvanés, in the southern part of the province in the district of Las Vegas.

It is a spacious house that can accommodate a total of 18 people, and its rooms are spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, you will have available a spacious and bright living-dining room, where the acid tone of the walls stands out, and equipped with several sofas, a large fireplace of wood and a television on it. In addition, it has an extensive dining table, where you can enjoy happy after-dinner meals with your companions.
The kitchen, which is independent, is furnished with beautiful wooden furniture, as well as various electrical appliances, plus a small table with very practical chairs.

The total of rooms are six, three of them being on this floor:

• Two double rooms with double bed, also having access to one of them, to a full bathroom equipped with shower and hydromassage bath.

• One bedroom with two single beds.

On the upper floor you will find the rest of the rooms that are divided into:

• A quadruple room with four single beds in a spacious room.

• Two rooms with double bed, plus a sofa bed in each of them that can be used as extra bed . One of these rooms has a terrace .

On this floor, there are also other two complete bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub, and the other with a shower and sloping ceiling.
Some of the rooms, are also equipped with television, and throughout the house you can enjoy Wifi connection, as well as a perfect air conditioning thanks to the air conditioning and the X heating.
In the back of the house, in the outside, you will have access to a large porch with furniture.
You will also have a large garden with a pool, which can be used in the summer season, and which has a beautiful and original fountain on the side, and a covered area where you can make barbecues XX without worrying about precautions.
Although the accommodation does not have its own parking, you will have no problems parking in front of it.
And if you are one of those who always travel with your pet, you will not have a problem here, since animals are welcome.
