In Sotoserrano you can find our 2 accommodations. Perfect for a few days of family vacations in an idyllic area surrounded by forests and valleys that will allow you to discover magical corners of Salamanca.
When you enter our farm you will find a brick facade that welcomes you to a whole enclosure with a garden and free outdoor areas that give the house a unique space. In Arroal 1 you will also have all the comforts you need on this visit together with your family.
The living room is completely connected to the kitchen and the dining room, thus creating a very spacious open-plan room. Some sofas in front of the television and very close to the fireplace make up this space that will serve you to read, rest or chat animatedly. Right behind we have the rectangular and wooden dining table to match the rest of the furniture of the kitchen, in addition to the appliances to cook your favorite dishes during this period.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms. One of them is double and also has a cot if necessary, the other 2 remaining are with single beds and it should be noted that one of them has a sofa bed. All bedrooms are very bright , they have sets of sheets and blankets and also very useful cabinets and bedside tables for stays of several days.
In the rooms there is also heating and air conditioning independent of the rest of the house, this will make it much easier for you to set the place where you are going to sleep to your liking. Also each one has its own bathroom consisting of a large shower, the toilet and the sink. Without a doubt, privacy is guaranteed.
Outside the house, as we have already mentioned, there is a garden with a solarium, there is garden furniture where you can eat and enjoy the beautiful views.
Note that the house is adapted for people with reduced mobility because we want everyone to enjoy our accommodation.

Sotoserrano belongs to the province of Salamanca, specifically to the region of Sierra de Francia. If you are looking to see wonderful landscapes, you are in the right place. Through Sotoserrano you will see the river Alagón pass by, which endows the entire area with intense vegetation. Its characteristic church is located in the center of town.
A nearby town is Miranda de Castañar that among the many monuments it has, it is worth highlighting the Castillo de los Zuñiga which is very well preserved despite being from the 15th century. All the houses in the town are appearing very close by the narrow streets, this technique is very common in the towns of the area.
Approaching Salamanca can be a very good idea. Once there, you have to walk through its characteristic plaza mayor where its City Hall is located. The square is in the Gothic style, and all the balconies on the façade stand out. In Salamanca we also have the old cathedral and the new, they mix the baroque, renaissance and baroque styles. The river Tormes is in charge of surrounding this beautiful location.
