Description of Can Pascual
We headed to the municipality of Fontanals de Cerdaña , specifically the town of Les Pereres to visit an old barn reconvertido home rural.
For you to better locate yourself, we tell you that the municipality is located at northwest of the province of Gerona, bordering on the north with the Pyrenees. As you can imagine, the environment could not be more beautiful.
Once in the village you will find the house easily, as su facade, painted in yellow y with a roof of gray stone, it draws the attention of everyone who pasa.
The house can be rented in its entirety or rooms, with capacity to accommodate large groups, in particular to a maximum of 10 people .

- 3 Bedrooms. Uno bedroom is double , a second has 2 single beds , and the third is equipped with 4 single beds. Designed under the same decorative line, they are located in spacious and bright rooms, with large windows so you can enjoy the outdoors.
- 3 Full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, decorated in a more modern style. In them you will find a shower cómoda plus hair dryer, towels, y other articles of aseo.
- Double height living-dining room. The living room is located under a wooden ceiling of irregular shape, keeping the plan of the old barn. In the lower area, you will find the living room with sofas and armchairs by the windows, and television para enjoy moments of film; in the upper area, there is the dining table, with crockery and utensils for everyone.
- Full kitchen. Just to the dining room, in a more separated corner, is the kitchen, where the space has been used to the maximum to install all the necessary appliances, such as a microwave or dishwasher.
- Covered terrace. A space decorated with field elements and equipped with terrace furniture. For banquets, there is a barbecue de piedra.
- Large garden. The garden is surrounded by plants from the area and colorful flowers. A little lung of nature just for you.
