Cala Tía Pepa

This rural house is located in the municipality of Torrellas de Foix, in the Alto Penedés region of the Catalan province of Barcelona. 

It is rented in its entirety and its maximum capacity is 8 people. The distribution of its rooms is:

• 2 double rooms with 2 single beds. 

• 3 bedrooms inside which you will find a double bed. 

All the rooms are spacious even having a small living room, each decorated in a different color following a rustic line, the beds have sheets and blankets and you can leave your luggage in the closets and side tables. 2 of those with a double bed have a fully equipped private bathroom. 

The interior of the house is distributed as follows:

• On the ground floor, you will find a living-dining room area where you can watch television from the sofas or enjoy a good chat next to the warmth of the fireplace. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has the appliances and utensils necessary for cooking. Through it you will have access to the games room and a heated pool with jacuzzi that will delight all guests. The floor also has a fully equipped bathroom as well as having access to an interior terrace with barbecue to enjoy the best local cuisine.  In addition, you can enjoy a winery and its wines in the basement. 

• The first floor will be ideal for relaxing as it has a sauna as well as a full bathroom. In addition, there are 3 rooms in it. 

• The top floor has 2 bedrooms that have their own private bathroom and a reading room perfect for relaxing with a good book.

Torrellas de Foix is one of the municipalities located in the Barcelona region of Alto Penedés, to the southwest of it. In this town, with just over 2,000 inhabitants, you will enjoy a unique rural environment, full of vineyards, through which you can take routes and enjoy this liquid.

The narrow streets of the town are full of stone arches and its architecture mixes old buildings with others from the past century. One of the most characteristic is the Foix Castle, which has given its name to the river and the town.  Although only its ruins remain, you can still marvel at the majesty of this castle built at the dawn of the year 1000. There is no better place to enjoy the town than the viewpoint that you will find next to the Sanctuary of Santa María de Foix and that will show you the region at your feet. 

The river that runs through the municipality has provided it with numerous fountains and, on the outskirts of the town, you can even enjoy wonderful waterfalls in which to bathe or next to which you can snack on the best sausages in the area. Through the Foix Valley you can take numerous routes that will show you charming views. One of the best places to immerse yourself in nature is the Foix Reservoir, a fishing area where numerous bird species live.
