It is a house with a lot of charm and warmth, which has been rehabilitated in the current, to unify the rustic aesthetic of the original construction with simple but comfortable elements to make your stay pleasant.
It is located in a key place in Catalonia, in the town of Torrelles de Foix. It is a small town from which you can reach various areas where you can spend the best moments of leisure, such as vineyards, mountains and other characteristic towns.
It is a place of perfect rest and tranquility, where both families and groups of friends will find spaces adapted to their needs, and an ideal environment to unwind. It is an accommodation of family tradition, originally built by the great-grandfather of the person who today runs the place. This is the main reason why has managed to maintain its essence, which visitors will fall in love with.

The house has capacity to accommodate a total of 9 people, although the ideal is 6 adults with a child, distributed in 3 triple rooms. Each of the rooms has a double bed and a single bed, in one of the cases, the single bed is located in a small loft .

In addition, the house has 3 bathrooms, integrated into the rooms; a kitchen with a dining area, with the usual appliances and with a fireplace ; and a games room, with reading area and television.

As additional equipment, the house has heating, stereo and internet connection.
- In the exterior , the accommodation is completed with a small garden equipped with barbecue. The perfect space to taste the most typical products of the area.
- There is free municipal parking a few meters from the house.

It all started in the year 2006.
Due to the deterioration suffered by the house where I was born, we decided to rehabilitate it to be able to guarantee its conservation and give it to know. I hope to have the pleasure of greeting you very soon!

What the owner pinpoints on the property
The air that breathes when entering the house transports you to the country life, quiet, simple and with the intention of relaxing for the return to the daily life that we all carry with so much stress.
What to do in its surroundings?
It is ideal for routes between vineyards and surrounding forests where you can see farms, and dry stone barracks.
For the more adventurous, there are spectacular routes to go on BTT.
Sourroundings of Ca La Laia
Very close to the town of Torrelles de Foix, where the accommodation is located, it is possible to make excursions through nature areas, such as the Santuario de Foix, where you can enjoy the best views of Penedés.
Thanks to all the natural places, it is possible to carry out a wide variety of adventure activities, such as 4x4 routes, hiking, horseback riding, wine tourism, bicycle routes, or mushroom picking routes.
As cultural visits, it is possible to enjoy the Medieval Castle of Sant Martí Sarroca, see the Castellers de Vilafranca del Penedés, or get to know other places such as Sitges, Vilanova i la Geltrú or Barcelona. Guests staying here will have the opportunity to enjoy different activities, such as spending a day at the well-known theme park Port Aventura, or going up to Montserrat, one of the tourist areas par excellence of Catalonia.
