- A living room at the entrance, where we have a pair of sofas facing each other in which you will be able to settle down to watch the plasma television that is on the side. In addition, it has a small study area that has a wooden table and chair.
- An atmosphere of kitchen-dining room, of American style and where the modern is mixed with the rustic, with a countertop elongated with black cabinets in which you will have kitchenware and appliances to spare. In addition, it has a small wooden bar with stools and then a pleasant dining area with wooden table and upholstered chairs, facing the access to the outside. X
