This house belonging to the 19th century and renovated a few years ago is located in the town of Sant Esteve de Llémena, located in the municipality of Sant Niol de Finestre in Girona, specifically in the Comarca of La Garrotxa. 

It is rented in its entirety and is ideal for families since it has capacity for 6 people. Its rooms are distributed as follows:

• On the first floor you find a double room with 2 single beds and another double room. 

• In the second there is adouble room with 2 beds. 

The double room has its own bathroom, the one with single beds on the first floor has a balcony and in all of them there is a closet. 

By floors, the distribution of the house is as follows:

• On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with the necessary kitchenware and appliances to enjoy your stay. The dining room has a large extendable table and in the living room you will have armchairs in front of the television and next to the fireplace. 

• In the first there are 2 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, wardrobe and its own bathroom. The other with 2 single beds and a small balcony. 

• In the second room there is another room with 2 single beds, an equipped bathroom, a games room and a small library. 

Outside you will find:

• Alarge garden area perfect for dining outdoors on summer nights or sunbathing during the day.

• A pool in which to cool off and next to which there is an old well. 

• Barbecue to enjoy local cuisine.

With almost 300 inhabitants, Sant Esteve de Llémena will be the ideal town in which to relax. It belongs to the municipality of Sant Aniol de Finestre in the region of La Garrotxa. In this volcanic area you can visit its Natural Park and its numerous places of interest:

• The Jordá beech forest. Natural Reserve of 5 square kilometers that is surrounded by 21 volcanoes. 

• Croscat Volcano. The youngest volcano on the Peninsula stands out for its horseshoe-shaped crater that has been used as a defense zone but also to help telecommunications cables today. 

In this area more than 700 kilometers of routes allow you to enjoy the landscape.  They are divided into 6 easy itineraries that can be explored on foot since access to vehicles is closed. 

The medieval town of Besalú also stands out especially. This town was originally a crossroads between the Peninsula and France. It houses what is considered the best preserved medieval artistic historical complex in the community. Most of its monuments, such as the church, belong to the 12th century and include Jewish monuments, such as the only bath of that culture discovered on the Peninsula, and Romanesque monuments such as its bridge.
