In the region of La Selva, located northeast of Girona, we find the town of Caldas de Malavella whose streets, originating in the Paleolithic, bring together stories from all eras.

The house is rented in its entirety and has a maximum capacity of 12 people. Its rooms, which are 6, are distributed like this:

• 4 double rooms with double beds. 

• 2 rooms in which you will find 2 single beds. 

All rooms have inside a wardrobe in which to leave luggage, side tables, heating with which to adjust the temperature, wifi and wonderful views from the window.

As for the interior of the house there is:

• 2 kitchens that have kitchenware as well as a washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine and refrigerator. That is, everything you need during your stay. Also an American bar that connects it with a dining table. 

• 2 living rooms with fireplace finding in one of them sofas and a dining table and in the other a dining table and foosball. 

• 3 bathrooms. In one there is a bathtub and in the others showers with a hydromassage column. They also have towels and a hair dryer. 

As for the exterior facilities of the house, these are:

• A large garden area in which to take walks.

• Covered parking area. 

• Fenced pool with stone edges. 

• Barbecue where you can enjoy local cuisine. 

• A lake, an orchard and a farm with animals that you can visit.

Ideal to go with the whole family and enjoy a fantastic holiday in a recently renovated Catalan farmhouse. You will discover unique corners while you live a few dream days. 

Caldes de Malavella is a municipality of Girona that belongs to the Selva region. This town, whose origin dates back to the Upper Paleolithic, has numerous monuments to discover in its streets:

• Roman thermal baths of Caldes. Declared Monument of National Interest, they are very well preserved because today you can still observe the mechanisms that helped the water function. You can also see the pool area and the rooms with bathtubs where massages were given. 

• Parish Church of San Esteban.Belonging to the 11th century, it preserves its original Romanesque abysses. Renovated on numerous occasions, the majority of the construction dates back to the 17th century. Around it you will find modernist, neoclassical and eclectic style buildings. 

• Hermitage of San Mauricio. In its origins, around the year 1057, it was a castle that, as it was built on an elevated area, was used to watch over the city. The remains we found date back to the 12th century and every September 22, the traditional Sardanas are danced in its surroundings to celebrate the Saint's day. 

Historical places abound in this town that originated in the Paleolithic. Its streets will reveal monuments belonging to different eras that will amaze you.
