Casa Baix Dalt

Traditional farmhouse located in the municipality of Pallerols Rialb. It is framed in a farm of more than 150 hectares whose origin dates back to XVI century. It has capacity for 12 people.

After spending decades uninhabited we decided to reform it conserving its original structure and giving it all the necessary equipment so that it could become a beautiful holiday home.

The facade of stone and the beam ceilings of wood have been maintained, but both the interior and the exterior space have been transformed to give it a new use. Without a doubt the latter is the one that has undergone the greatest transformation when incorporating the pool and an area enabled for the barbecue. Large extension of lawn in a fenced enclosure and equipped with hammocks and furniture garden que make it the place of recreation for visitors.

The house is distributed in 2 floors communicated with each other but with stays independent para greater convenience of visitors.

• The ground floor has a kitchen-dining room, equipped with a table for 2 and a living room with fireplace y comfortable sofa-bed. are 2 double bedrooms, in addition to a complete bathroom, which has the plant, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The exterior communicates with a terrace from where to contemplate the views of the river Segre.

• From the second floor you can directly access the porch, where the garden and the pool are located. Next to him, the barbecue area. It is an ideal space for children's recreation and outdoor meals. The situation of the farm, just outside of Pallerols, makes it possible to contemplate the fields of the Noguera and the Segarra, even the one that is the highest mountain in Catalonia, Montserrat.
