This rural hostel is located near the Catalan town of Ribes de Freser in the north of the province of Girona and is surrounded by the valleys and mountains of the Pyrenees, making it the ideal stay to enjoy a unique experience in nature.
It has the capacity to accommodate 107 guests who can stay in 21 bedrooms with bunk beds with different capacities. There are rooms from 2 people to those that have capacity for 8 people, with all rentals being private, that is, the rooms are not shared with other travelers. All of them have a window to the outside and come with a pillow, its cover and an adjustable fitted sheet. Sheets, blankets and towels are not included in the price, but can be rented at the hostel for 1.00 euro per unit.
The 3-story house, which was built in 1949, was renovated in 2012, making it completely accessible for people with reduced mobility with an elevator and ramps. In addition, it has free Wi-Fi and heating in all rooms.
Each floor has a shared bathroom with new toilets and showers enough for everyone and close to the rooms.
The common areas are designed to serve many people, and are therefore fully equipped so that you do not lack anything. At your disposal there are 2 multipurpose rooms, on the second and third floors, which can be used for workshops, giving talks or simply reading. The dining room and kitchen are located on the ground floor and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared right there to energize you. There is also a cafeteria service.
The exterior is prepared for you to enjoy the weather and fresh air with a large pool fenced for the safety of the little ones and a large garden area in which to run around or take a pleasant walk among the trees.
