Description of Villa Semsem
Rural complex located at Ossa de Montiel. The building that houses the 2 apartments, one per floor, has been erected within an estate. It is a beautiful town house completely made of stone and with film views.
Each apartment is independent, with its own entrance and each of them with a capacity.
Outside, our cottage has a large garden de 500 m2 decorated with much care with flowers and trees and a barbecue. This area is common to both houses of the complex. You will find garden furniture so that you can have breakfast or you can have dinner on the grill.
The services that include both houses are the following:

- The one on the ground floor has capacity for 6 people. A he is accessed by going down some stairs that you will find in front of the building.
- The upper floor has capacity for 8 people. It has a stone stairs that lead directly into the interior of the apartment.

- 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each. These bedrooms are decorated in such a way that the guest feels energy every morning, thanks to the large windows that let in the natural light and the bright colors that decorate these rooms. The headboards are made of dark wood to make contrast of shades.
- A living-dining room painted in a pale yellow tone that sets the room to create a climate of relaxation and peace. In addition, it has comfortable sofas that will catch the guest in an absolute rest, while enjoying the television or having enjoyed a good meal at the dining table. In front of the sofa there is a fireplace, and also said sofa is convertible into bed.
- The kitchen is integrated into the living room. It has tiles, granite countertops, multiple furniture to store kitchen tools and appliances that will make the task of cooking much simpler, such as the microwave.
- A bathroom with toilet furniture, tiles and shower cabin.

- 3 double bedrooms with single beds and decorated with cheerful colors. Headboards of dark wood and a lot of light that comes from the exterior windows they have. It is spaces with lots of energy thanks to the reds, oranges and roses that adorn the walls.
- The living-dining room is a space for the meeting, it has a dining table with capacity for 10 people and a modern decoration of light wood and very nice sofas. The rustic note in this room is the chimney stone that is embedded in the wall and that fills the atmosphere of home heat. The sofa converts into a double bed.
- The kitchen overlooks the dining room. It is a space adapted to cook for many people, with large countertops, many cabinets where you store kitchen utensils and appliances that make your stay more comfortable, like the washing machine.
- A bathroom with toilet furniture, large mirrors and shower cabin.
