This rural house is located in the capital of Cuenca, a cozy place, equipped with functionality and guest comfort in mind. And with a location that will allow you to enjoy the wonders of this traditional town.
The accommodation has a marked rural style, with walls painted in pristine white, and antique and restored wooden furniture. But mixed with other more modern equipment, and in perfect condition, which will make your stay much easier.
It has a single floor in which it will be able to accommodate up to a total of 8 people, for which we have 2 rooms with the following characteristics:

• 1 double bedroom with beautiful headboards and wooden furniture.
• 1 living room where 2 people can sleep, equipped with its sofa bed.
• 1 quadruple room with their respective single beds.

will share among them a bathroom with white tiles, with a bathtub and other toilets, among which we include a wooden cabinet where there is double sink, and where the towel sets are kept for all guests.
The living room is one of the most modern areas due to the elements it has, we find there television with DVD, in a structure in the form of a piece of furniture that blends into the wall. In front of it a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a side table.
From there we access through an arch to the dining room with a large dark wood table for all diners. And next to it, a breakfast bar that opens onto the kitchen and leaves these open spaces. This kitchen is very well equipped, has an L shape and is also completely white. You will have available from the ceramic plate to the microwave or the toaster, and even the washing machine.

In addition, you will find several balconies with views of the mountains, which will also ensure the luminosity of the rooms, enhanced by their resplendent white.
Of course, there is heating.

The city of Cuenca dates back as such to the Muslim occupation, although it is known that there was a population in the area from earlier times. It belongs to Castilla-La Mancha, specifically located in the center of it. Its population exceeds 50,000 inhabitants.

The capital of Cuenca has become a place of great tourist attraction for the conservation of traditional structures of great importance, among which we can highlight:

• The traditional Hanging Houses that have been built on cliffs, overlooking the river.
• The ruins of the castle where its governor lived during Muslim times and served as a fortress.
• The Cathedral which is in turn the seat of the diocese of the province, in honor of Santa María and San Julián, completed in the 13th century.
• Other churches, hermitages, streets with traditional-style houses and museums where you can discover the history of this place.
