This apartment is located in Aldeadavila De La Ribera, Salamanca, next to the cultural center that hosts this town and close to its sports center.

It is an individual apartment with capacity for 5 people; belonging to a complex of 3 apartments.

This home has an Internet connection (WiFi), air conditioning and heating. Inside we find:

• Living room with television and furniture
• Kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher, among other utensils
• 2 bathrooms with shower
• 3 bedrooms: a double room, a single room and a double room, all with windows facing the street.
• It has a terrace, for the exclusive use of the apartment, which is accessed through the hall.

It is a small and cozy apartment where you can enjoy nature very close to the Arribes del Duero Natural Park and the border with Portugal, where you can also get close to the Parque Natura do Duoro Internacional. In addition, the town offers all the necessary services as well as beautiful places of interest, with several viewpoints and outstanding natural spaces.

The location of Aldeadavila De La Ribera is ideal to enjoy nature. Nearby we find the Arribes del Duero Natural Park and the border with Portugal, where we can also get closer to the Parque Natural do Duoro Internacional.

There are numerous viewpoints such as the Mirador de la Code, the Mirador del Palomar, the Balcones de la Presa and the Fraile, located near it. As well as Lastrón, a place of shepherds and goatherds, and the Picón de Mariota, with views of Portugal.

In the town we find places of interest such as the stately Palace, a Monument to the goatherd, the Church of Corporario, the Santa Marina convent and the Hermitage of Santo Cristo and the Hermitage of the Saint.

You can climb the Picón de Felipe or enjoy the water in the Remolino Waterfalls. And practice some sports at Playa del Rostro, where you can go canoeing and enjoy boat rides.

There are also some routes or trails, such as the Ruta de las Majadas and a bird observatory.
