Description of Casas rurales Ivanrey
Our rural houses are located in Ciudad Rodrigo, one of the most beautiful towns in the southwest of the province of Salamanca.
If you want to take a trip to the past without giving up the comforts of the present, our accommodations are the most suitable for you, as they preserve ancient elements but are equipped with great detail.
Specifically, we have 2 independent houses:
- House I is the largest, with capacity for 12 people.
- The house II, smaller than the previous one, can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
House I has 6 rooms with double or single beds, while the second house has a total of 3 double bedrooms. Each bedroom is decorated with a characteristic style, but elements such as the wood of the furniture, or the pastel colors of the bedding are coincident.
In addition to the rooms, in each of the houses you will have:
- Living room-dining room. A large room built under ceilings that leave the beams visible, providing warmth to the environment. In the center of the living room is the fireplace, built between the walls of the structure. Around it, sofas and armchairs are arranged, from which to stoke the fire. The dining table is classic in style, with matching chairs in dark tones. So that you can enjoy family banquets, there is tableware and utensils for everyone.
- Bathrooms. In each house there is a total of 3 full bathrooms, equipped with basic toiletries.
- Kitchen. So that you can prepare your favorite dishes, you will have sufficient appliances as well as pots, pans, and various utensils.
- Private patio. Each house has a patio with grass areas and garden tables and chairs. To make the stay round, there is also a barbecue.

This beautiful house has a useful surface of 150 meters2, among which are:
- 6 double bedrooms, with double or single beds that will embrace you in a deep sleep.
- 3 Full Bathrooms, equipped with everything you need for everyday, such as towels or soaps.
- Living-dining room, presided over by a fireplace traditional where you wrap yourself in the heat of the fire in winter.
- Equipped kitchen, with basic appliances, utensils and utensils.
House II

The second of our houses has a surface of 110 m2, which will allow you to move with total comfort. Inside, you will find:
- 3 Double bedrooms, with comfortable mattresses and basic and functional furniture, where to store your luggage.
- 3 Full bathrooms, 2 of which are in the rooms, while the third is shared.
- Living-dining room, a space of 50 meters2 distributed between the living room, with fireplace and sofas, and the dining area, with tables and chairs for all.
- Equipped kitchen, where you will find a fridge, ceramic hob, microwave ... among other appliances.

We are in a natural environment close to the Águeda River, which will allow you to take quiet walks at sunset accompanied by the sweet sound of water and the chirping of birds.

- The Cathedral of Santa María, a religious temple built between the 13th and 14th centuries, inside which you will find several chapels and a beautiful cloister.
