Description of Ecolodge Cabañeros
This complex in the Cabañeros Park and near Retuerta del Bullaque (Ciudad Real) has wonderful facilities lost in the middle of nature so you can experience a new dimension of natural tourism.
There are a total of 7 cabins, with capacity for 2 or 4 people depending on which one you choose to stay in.
They all have their own charm, in addition to being equipped to meet all your needs:
- Bedrooms. In most cases they have a double bed, although there are also some that have a bunk bed. They are not usually very decorated, consisting of little more than the bed itself and a closet. They are completely made of wood.
- Toilets. The toilets are very complete and they all have hot water. Inside there is usually a shower tray with glass screens, accompanied by a toilet. There is also a sink that can vary in shape and material, from ceramic to polished stone. There is one per cabin.
- Kitchen. They are American type, consisting of a countertop and a bar. They usually have several drawers and wooden cabinets. It includes a refrigerator with freezer, microwave and at least a couple of gas burners to cook hot dishes.
- Living room. It is a quiet and pleasant area whose wall usually has a flat screen television. There is a dining table with a picnic tablecloth, as well as seats that double as a sofa. These are usually made of wood, padded with elongated cushions.
- Terrace. Some of the cabins have a terrace and porch, sometimes furnished with wooden furniture. There are usually a couple of chairs and a large table. They provide beautiful views of the forest and the nearby reservoir.
In the reception area of the complex there is also a bar that opens in the mornings and offers breakfast, as well as an activities room and an outdoor swimming pool.

Sourroundings of Ecolodge Cabañeros
Retuerta de Bullaque is a municipality of Ciudad Real (Castilla-La Mancha) that sits very close to the Cabañeros Natural Park. Still, within the municipality and in its closest surroundings there is also a lot to see.
The Prim Castle is a palatial house from the 19th century with a fortress-style defensive structure. It has many romantic details. General Prim's widow had it built, and on one occasion it was visited by Pope Pius IX.
