Description of Mas Rovira
We found this rural hotel in the Girona municipality of Porqueras. Specifically, it is located in the middle of a mountain, surrounded by fields of oak trees and olive groves, which will allow us unbeatable views.
It is divided into 2 very well differentiated areas. An old one, built during the 12th century and where the oil mill will be found. And another that was rehabilitated for many years to convert it into the accommodations we have today.
We have 8 spaces that are rented individually because they are completely independent of each other. These are: Albera, Estunes, Rocacorba, El Puig, Puig-Surís, Pujarnol, Perpinyana and El Montgrí.
They all have their respective bedrooms, equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a gardened outdoor plot with a porch.
The exteriors of the house itself are distributed over more than 12,000 square meters. In them we find:
- Patios and stone paths that are bordered by abundant and rich vegetation.
- Meal areas with barbecue and various porches.
- A 14 meter long saltwater pool. Surrounded by a solarium with sun loungers and panoramic views.
- A space with swings for the little ones to have fun.

Sourroundings of Mas Rovira
We are located in an environment far from civilization, completely virgin and where important vegetation flows. We can therefore travel countless trails where we can see extensive olive groves, streams and fields of holm oaks and oaks.
In the urban center of the municipality of Porqueras, to which our accommodation belongs, it is populated by more than 4,000 inhabitants. Of particular note is the church built in the 12th century of Santa María, in Romanesque style and declared a Site of Cultural Interest since before the Civil War.
