Opening the facilities, you can see a beautiful garden of 100 square meters in which there is outdoor furniture such as wooden benches and tables, arranged in that area to enjoy the barbecue.

- Ground floor, has 100 square meters de surface in which, next to the entrance, are a bathroom, kitchen equipped with appliances y household, a dining y a living room with fireplace y board games. On this floor there is also the room for boilers and washing machines.
- First floor, in which we found the first room with bed marriage y a great terrace. The second dormitory of this floor is, also, double, while the third es individual y both have individual beds. Complete this floor un common bathroom for all rooms.
- Second floor, here are the last 2 rooms, both doubled by 2 single beds and bathroom own inside.
