Our apartments are in the Itziar neighborhood which, in turn, belongs to deba.

We have 2 buildings, a big house and a small annex, adjacent to the main construction. In our accommodation there are several options to rent: On the one hand you can take the whole house and, if not, reserve the different types of lodging we offer:

• double rooms.
• independent apartments.
• study with kitchen.

The main building was an ancient hamlet, typical of the Basque, large and several floors country. It was reformed in 2008, however, it was sought to maintain the character of the house. Its facade retains the wooden planks, so typical of Basque architecture, balconies, post -stone windows and stone frieze. Therefore, the aesthetics of the set remains very characteristic.

In the interior, there are several exclusive places for our guests. First, there is a cuisine own, for the users of our accommodation. It has a fridge, oven, microwave and all the equipment necessary to make life and prepare anything. 

There is also a dining room, wide and with many tables, where you can eat or simply gather. There are special baby chairs, so that children can eat at the adult table. There are television that is hung from the wall, so that it looks from the whole room. In the same room there is a living room zone. There are several sofas and seats, and even a reading shelf.

The house is located in a precious environment and has a wide garden, surrounded by forest. The whole house around has grass, trees and flowers. In addition, there are distributed by the plot different garden furniture: Merender table, tables, chairs, sun loungers...

On the sides of the house there are porches: that of the main entrance brings a special charm to the facade, but it is small. However, those who are on the sides are long and spacious runners, where there are a lot of hole to be, with sofas, seats and tables.

In addition, as it is about agrotourism, we have an garden and a farm with various species: cows, horses, chickens... this will make you connect 100% with nature and enjoy what the environment can offer you.

The most characteristic of our house is the nature, since the green is attracted everywhere. In addition, we carry out activities linked to the agriculture and livestock.

Our rural accommodation is in a isolated zone, exactly in a Basque Country Valley.

Itziar is a dispersed population of the Basque Country. It is a rural nucleus of deba. In these 2 locations there are many things to do:

• Itziar is inside and has, for example, the sanctuary of Our Lady of Itziar.
• On the other hand, Deba is at the mouth of the river with the same name. The most representative of this place is the beaches, which have made it a rather tourist destination, thanks to its beauty. However, it also has monuments to visit, such as the beautiful City Council

We are very close to other villages, at most 20 minutes, such as Zumaia, Zarautz or San Sebastián. You can go to very beautiful beaches, for example, that of Itzurun.
