Our rural house is a farmhouse located in the surroundings of San Sebastián. It has capacity for 24 people, with spaces divided between rooms and 2 apartments. This house also has a furnished outdoor area, perfect to enjoy the surroundings and the views.
The hamlet has a total of 6 double bedrooms, 3 of which have the option to expand their capacity thanks to extra beds. These rooms with own bathroom, have television y connection Wi-Fi. One of them is adapted completely for people with reduced mobility.
In addition, this country house has 2 apartments, for 2 or 4 people, of different styles but fully equipped with kitchen, living room, bedroom and full service.
Our accommodation has a common zone, XX composed by a large living room with sofas and a fireplace and a shared kitchen area.
For business visits and other types of meetings we have a fully equipped convention room.
We have a garden, which we make available to our customers, so you can learn the process of growing vegetables. Also, the products from the garden can be purchased at home. Near the farm there are also countless animals, such as cows, calves, chickens ...

Urnieta is a municipality immersed in the region of San Sebastian. Surrounded by a green and natural landscape, our situation is perfect to know both beaches, and mountain areas.
San Sebastian is a historic city with a beautiful promenade. Collect such characteristic buildings as City Hall, or interesting monuments, such as the well-known Combine of the Winds. This city, besides being an ideal place to walk, thanks to its 3 beaches, serves as the perfect route to get to know the Basque gastronomy.
Very close to our house is the Mount Adarra, una montana characteristic of the area, which offers endless possibilities for hiking and also collects dolmens, tumuli and menhirs.
