This rural house located in the Alavés municipality of Salvatierra, constitutes a clear example of solar use. It works through thermal and photovoltaic energy panels placed on the roof and its insulation is due to the use of ecological materials.
With more than 200 years old and recent rehabilitation it preserves the splendor of the original materials such as stone and oak.
It has the capacity to accommodate 10 or 12 people. It is possible to rent it in its entirety or by rooms, and access to pets is allowed.
It has 5 double rooms in different colors and distributed over 2 floors. One of them is suitable for access for people with reduced mobility. All are equipped with bathroom and television, with the possibility of including a crib and extra beds in three of them.
No less important is the kitchen, which, in addition to being equipped with all appliances and utensils, has 2 independent refrigerators.
The living-dining room or txoco has 2 tables distributed over 22m2, where you can watch television, enjoy board games, or if the temperature is pleasant, go through the door to the garden. 200 m2 of tranquility where you can breathe the smell of its fruit trees and observe the fossils and the nest boxes placed in the exterior walls of the house.
