Our beautiful and modern accommodation is located in Palma de Mallorca.
The house is perfect for large groups since can accommodate up to a maximum of 14 people who can enjoy fully equipped rooms.

In its interior you will find:
- A large living room with white walls and luxurious leather sofas where you can lie down to relax after a day full of activities. The plants and the wooden table in the room add a cozy touch to the environment.
- An American style kitchen with white marble cabinets that brighten the space and give it a luxurious look. In the kitchen there are several appliances for daily use such as two microwaves, an oven, toaster, mixer and some refrigerators and it is fully equipped.It also includes a long dining table with up to 14 chairs so that they can all eat together guests.
- 12 double bedrooms with matrimonial beds. The bedrooms are decorated in light colors that will make you feel as if you were in a resort hotel. The beds are dressed with sheets that you can use during your stay. In the bedrooms there are cabinets and nightstands where you can store your belongings and a safe. All bedrooms have their own smart television. X
- 12 private bathrooms decorated with tiles in different shades of brown and white walls to match the bedrooms. In the bathrooms there are bathtubs or showers and you can use their sets of towels. X
- A large bar with several stools perfect for receiving guests and having a drink at night. On the walls closest to the bar there are also a couple of televisions.
- A private gym so you can exercise from home. It includes various machines such as a running c and stationary bicycles. X
- A massage room with a specialized bed so you can relax as much as in a spa.
- Specialized equipment for bicycles that will be available for you and your gang during your vacation.
- A laundry room with 2 washing machines, 2 dryers and an iron and ironing board, for the use of clients.
- A terrace with a large salt pool perfect for taking a refreshing dip in hot weather. Around the pool there are several loungers where you can sunbathe after your swim.
- On the terrace there is also a chill out area with comfortable sofas and a perfect bar to enjoy the outdoors while having a gin and tonic.
VILLA RULES:
- The client must pay a deposit as a deposit for possible damages that may be caused that will be charged on the day of entry in cash or by card, and will be returned 5 days after departure. You have to leave a credit card. X
- No more people are allowed than those established in the initial reservation, who must make proper use of the facilities and its furniture.
- It is not allowed to make noise from 00.00 to 07.00 am. Bachelor parties are prohibited.
- Smoking is not allowed, as well as excessive consumption of alcohol. The consumption of drugs or narcotics is not allowed. X
