Villa Merenciana

This elegantge housing for vacation and stately Villa is in Argoncillo, a municipality located in the northern part of La Rioja.

The town is only 14 kilometers from Logroño, which makes it a perfect destination to enjoy a complete rest without getting too far from the city. 

With a total surface of 250 square meters, the house has capacity for a maximum 18 people. Divided into 2 plants, on the ground floor you will find:

• Zaguán: As soon as you enter the house you can see the detail with which it has been decorated. In the zaguan you will have a riginal perchero and a bank to barefoot and hang your coats. Next to him, an old -style furniture with a mirror where you groom them before leaving. 

• wide room: with white walls and floors and large windows, the room has a great luminosity. In it there is a high -resolution television in front of raw white sofas. In a corner of the living room, a cozy reading space with armchairs and bibioteca.

• dining room: a long table of soft tones along with chairs decorated with floral motifs create a very pleasant environment where to enjoy meals. 

• kitchen: with appliances and blank cupboards, the kitchen is fully equipped (hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster...). It also has a table with fun chairs. 

• marriage bedroom: decorated in white and brown colors, the bedroom of the lower floor has a large marriage bed covered by elegant fabrics.

• toilet: Completing the ground floor is a complete cleaning with shower, sink and w.c. 

Uploading to the first floor the following rooms are placed:

• library: In this room you will find a wide space designed to disconnect and enjoy the views. In it, there is a bed-nido, a closet, a shelf and a desktop. 

• 5 bedrooms: 3 of the bedrooms have a marriage bed, 2 with 2 individual beds each, and the last with an individual bed. The bedrooms are decorated under a uniform style, with warm colors and elegant furniture that avoids distractions and invites rest.

• 2 full bathrooms: one of the bathrooms has shower and, the other, bathtub. In both you will find towels and cleaning items. 

Outside the house, you have a plot of about 4,000 square meters with a vineyard where classic wines are grown in the area. The tables and chairs are not missing either to enjoy the sunny days. 

There is a possibility of incorporating up to 5 supplementary beds more. The house can be occupied by less than 18 people, but a minimum of 6 guests will be charged.

If you are interested in the wine culture, the town offers a guided tour of the winery of the owners. It is a personalized visit where you will travel the facilities and you can taste the wine. 

If you take a walk through the streets of argoncillo, you will find several tourist interest zones, such as:

• The Plaza del Castillo, where is the well -known Mansas Aguas Castle, an artistic historical monument built at the end of the thirteenth century. 

• The parish church of Our Lady La Blanca, composed of a single ship distributed in 3 equal parts. The great gold altarpiece stands out inside. 

• The Würth Museum in La Rioja, one of the most interesting contemporary museums in the whole country. 

• The Roman Bridge on the Leza River, of which ruins of great beauty are preserved.
