The house is located in Fuenmayor, a small town in La Rioja that is characterized by its beautiful natural environment where you can spend a few relaxing days getting to know wine culture more closely.

The accommodation is located in an old 18th century house completely renovated and equipped to offer our clients all the comforts so they can enjoy a perfect stay. The house is rented entirely to groups of 8 people or more, but has a maximum capacity of 14 guests.

The house has:

• Fully equipped kitchen with the appliances and kitchenware that you may need to prepare your best recipes. It is a very spacious and bright room in the center of which you will find an island covered in tiles with a ceramic hob and extractor hood. You also have a large wooden table where you can all eat together.

• Living room – dining room with a beautiful fireplace that will keep the environment at a pleasant temperature even on the coldest days. You have an elegant table to prepare formal lunches and dinners and a rest area with several sofas where you can sit and watch television or listen to music.

• 3 fully furnished double rooms with a double bed, nightstands, wardrobes and a practical desk to work on the computer or read a book.

• 2 triple rooms with 3 single beds very spacious in which you will rest as you deserve. All bedrooms are furnished and have plenty of natural light thanks to their windows with views to the outside.

• Full bathroom for private use in each of the rooms.

• Attic equipped as a games room with ping-pong table, foosball and several board games with which you will spend great moments with the family.

• Terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture so you can prepare delicious dinners outdoors enjoying the weather.

Bedding and towels are included in the rental price.

Our house is located in Fuenmayor, a beautiful town in La Rioja that hides several places of interest, such as:

• The church of Santa María, whose origin dates back to the 16th century. Its construction followed the dictates of the Romanesque style. It is considered an Asset of Cultural Interest.

• The Hermitage of Christ, one of the most representative buildings of baroque art in the area.

• Palacio de los Fernández Bazán, a civil construction from the 17th century that stands out for the sobriety of its façade and its spectacular balconies.

• The monastery of Santo Domingo de la Calzada and that of San Millán de la Cogolla, both are a must-see for their architectural beauty but, above all, for their cultural value since the first Romance glosses were found there.

• Logroño, a town bathed by the Ebro River, whose historic center stands out. A beautiful city that hides spectacular corners.
