Description of Villa Lagem
Our rural house is in the coastal town of Cubelles, in Barcelona, and is ideal for spending a few days of disconnection near the beach.
It is located in a quiet urbanization on the outskirts of town and has capacity for 10 people in 5 comfortable bedrooms.
The chalet, of 140 square meters, has heating and air conditioning, being structured in 2 floors.
On the ground floor we find:
- 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the rest with 2 beds, which have lots of light and all the furniture you need to store your luggage and have a comfortable stay.
- Complete kitchen, with all appliances, including washing machine and dishwasher, utensils, kitchenware, plenty of space and direct access to the garden.
- Living-dining room with fireplace, also with direct access to the garden, several comfortable sofas from which to watch television, large windows and a large table in case you feel like eating inside.
- This floor has afull bathroom.
At the high level there are:
- 2 more double bedrooms, one with 2 beds and the other with a large double bed, both with access to a large solarium terrace with sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe without worries.
- Bathroom fully equipped with bathtub.
As if this were not enough, the house offers you magnificent exteriors, with more than 500 square meters of garden with a large swimming pool and plenty of grass space, playground, barbecue and a huge porch with outdoor tables perfect for spending unforgettable days.
Smoking is prohibited in the bedrooms.
From 11 p.m. You must respect the rest of the neighbors of the neighboring houses. Groups of young people who want to have parties should refrain.
Only one pet is allowed, if it weighs over 6 kg, there is a surcharge per night.
A deposit is requested.

Sourroundings of Villa Lagem
Cubelles is the last coastal town south of Barcelona and its beach is ideal for families looking for a break. The Foix River Natural Area, which flows into the town forming a small delta, is one of its most attractive areas to enjoy nature, observe its fauna or spend time in the picnic area surrounded by fresh air.
Vilanova i la Geltrú, capital of the Garraf region to which Cubelles belongs, is a few kilometers from the town and offers a more urban and cultural plan. Walking along Caputxins street or along the Rambla Principal we arrive at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento enjoying a lively walk. It is also worth visiting the San Cristóbal lighthouse or its maritime promenade.
