It is composed 110 m2 where comfort is the order of the day, being also the key place to enjoy the summer and all that that entails. The house has a private pool, but it is also just a few minutes by the beaches.


It has capacity for 7 travelers and is accessible for people with reduced mobility. The enclosure is divided into interiors and exteriors that will help you live an unforgettable experience. These are distributed as follows:

• 3 double bedrooms, two of them with marriage bed and the one that is left with a couple of individual beds. In case you come with young children there are cribs available, as against heat, the house has fans. In them you will find cabinets- mirror, dressers and a practical furniture so that you are more comfortable.

• 2 bathrooms that have bathtub or shower, the latter with support bar. The screen covers the vessel and the essential complement the toilet zone. We have left towels and also a mat. The sink, the bidé and the sanitary are of marble, and constitute the perfect set to forget all the stress.

• a rustic cuisine that is on one side of the countertop and on the other side the breakfast table. In the background a door with direct access to the patio opens, filling this natural light stay next to the windows. You have large and small accessories, as well as appliances modern to prepare homemade cuisine. Coffee lovers will find a great coffee maker and the dishwasher is essential to collect quickly.

• a room with access to all points of the accommodation. It is made up of a sofa and a TV in front, so the dead rats will be more enjoyable. There is also another dining room, the main one, furnished to receive you in the desktop.

• a porch that keeps the terrace and that in turn connects to the rest of outdoor spaces. The great dining room is perfect for sharing traditional embers of the barbecue or talking about a thousand different themes while seeing the Golden Hour.

We are in a quiet place of Maçanet de la Selva, a Catalan municipality loaded with history. This is reflected in the medieval monuments that are still standing, as churches and other temples of the Romanesque era.
