Villa Biniana

We are in binisafúller, a spectacular coastal area, in Menorca, full of beautiful coves where to enjoy a fantastic beach day.

The house that we present to you, with capacity for six people, is a villa cloquess in the purest Balearic style, with a luminous white facade, surrounded by a large garden with grass and vegetation areas with which to protect you from the summer sun.

The rear facade houses, in the outer zone, a pleasant porch equipped with a table and barbecue, with which you can take advantage of good weather with a good meal.

Faced with this, we find the pool, for the exclusive use of the house, and with solarium around it, after a refreshing bath, relax in the sun on the bliss.

The interior of the house is composed of two plants, and whose ground floor is adapted to people with physical disabilities.

On the one hand, we have the living room, a space to relax and enjoy a movie or series in the great television flat, while you rest on the sofa in a pleasant atmosphere with a lot of luminosity.

The next space we find is the American cuisine, perfectly equipped, which combines its space with the dining table, also giving way to the outer porch.

two rooms we also find them in this plant, one with double bed and another with a couple of beds, along with a full bathroom with adapted shower plate.

The upper floor is the third room, of great amplitude, which has marriage bed and, also, television, as well as a pleasant terrace with sea views, and, finally, a integrated bath bathtub.
